  •  AS STATED IN OUR LISTINGS ALL BIRD BANDS ARE USED AT THE OWNERS RISK.... we are very available to offer advice about sizing and most often used size  etc....... PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASE
  • Any problems with order should be advised within 3 days of receipt of order if damages , we may ask for photos to assess claim.
  • No returns accepted after 30 Days........... NB 20 % re stocking fee will apply to change of mind ( which includes making a poor decision because you did not ask questions prior to purchase.....PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASE )
  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of return freight.
  • All returns must be in original,saleable and UNUSED  condition.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RINGS as returns, due to  the risk of passing disease from one environment  to another. ( Biosecurity ) The risk of contamination is too great. Medication & other chemical products will not be accepted for return.
  • Due to the nature of bird identification and many factors that effect the durability of all product we do not  imply  a "life time " guarantee on any product ."Reasonable " use is hard to set boundaries for,  but we attempt to be reasonable.( If you don't expect a lifetime warranty on your $50,000 car , why do you expect it on your bird ring.
  • Personalised products  will not be accepted for return.
  • NB> All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee on goods

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased (but not at auction) if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
This law protects you the buyer, but please remember- you must contact us and advise of the problem,return goods with all packaging and in their original condition.Please be assured of our best intentions at all times.
